Palm oil sauce/stew is just another way of making delicious Nigerian fried stew using palm oil instead of the regular vegetable oil. This palm oil pepper sauce is very tasty just like buka stew; buka stew is made with bleached palm oil while this is made without bleaching the oil. This sauce can be made with or without fish, but I chose to add fish because of the taste it adds to the sauce. This sauce is best prepared with very few and common ingredients to maintain the authentic aroma
