Vegetable Sauce and Goat Meat Served with
Rice
This carrot sauce tasted delicious, I don't like
overcooked vegetables so I fried my vegetables first.

INGREDIENTS

1. Goat meat
2. Carrot
3. One ball green pepper
4. little green beans
5. Onions
6. Vegetable oil
7. Salt to taste
8. Cucumber
9. Corn flour to thicken it

PREPARATION

1. Boil your Goat meat with pepper, salt seasoning cubes
and onions then set aside
2. Dice your vegetables set aside
METHOD
1. In an empty pot add vegetable oil and allow to boil for
about 3 minutes.
2. Then pour in green pepper, green beans and carrot leave
for 2 minutes.
3. Remove the green pepper, green beans and carrot from
the oil.
4. Pour diced onions, fresh pepper in the oil, turn and allow
to cook for about 2 minutes.
5. Add your boiled meat, cucumber, seasoning cube and
salt to taste then add water and allow to boil for about 5
minutes.
6. Add your corn flour , cover and allow to boil, then pour
in your fried vegetables, turn and bring down.
7. Food is ready
